Registration can be done online until October 8th, 2021. After this date only on-site registration is possible.
Terms of payment
Payment must be made in Euros when registering.
Please do not forget to indicate the delegate’s name/ invoice number and “ESNCH 2020” for payments by bank transfer.
Two modes of payment are possible:
Cancellations and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to astraoffice@astratravel.rs
FOR REGISTRATIONS received until July 13th, 2020 – Payments will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of € 100.- No refunds can be made for cancellations after October 1st, 2021.
FOR NEW REGISTRATIONS received from February 1st, 2021 – If cancellation is received by October 1st, 2021, payments will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of € 50.- No refunds can be made for cancellations after this date.
Please note that due to organizational reasons, all refunds will only be processed after the meeting.
Liability and insurance
Neither the organizers, nor the congress secretariat or other suppliers accept liability for any injury, loss or damage, arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of the congress. Kindly check your personal insurance.
**We would like to emphasize that even though ESNCH and the organizers takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of all guests and speakers, ESNCH cannot assume any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with your attendance at the 25th ESNCH Conference in Belgrade. We thus strongly encourage you to take adequate third party insurance if you feel a necessity.
